On July 19th, 2025 Bethel Baptist Church will host a “Day 4 Hope” to help kids get ready to start the new school year. This event is by invitation only. If you and your school age child wish to participate, you must fill out this registration form.

“Day 4 Hope” includes these FREE items for your child:
– BREAKFAST or LUNCH, SNACKS
– MEDICAL EXAM FOR SCHOOL
– DENTAL CHECK-UP
-HAIRCUT
-GIFT CARD FOR SHOES/NEW SCHOOL CLOTHES
– CARE BAGS FILLED WITH PERSONAL HYGIENE ITEMS
– BACKPACK FILLED WITH SCHOOL SUPPLIES
– NON-PERISHABLE GROCERIES
– PRAYER

Before the event an email will be sent to the address you list on this form. This will confirm your registration and designate a specific time of arrival for your family at the event. You must bring that confirmation with you the day of the event.
