On July 27th, 2024 First Baptist Palmetto will host a “Day 4 Hope” to help kids get ready to start the new school year. This event is a drive through event and by invitation only. If you and your school age child wish to participate, you must fill out this registration form.

“Day 4 Hope” includes these FREE items for your child:
– GIFT CARD FOR AND/OR NEW PAIR OF SCHOOL SHOES
– GIFT CARD FOR AND/OR NEW SCHOOL CLOTHES
– CARE BAGS FILLED WITH PERSONAL HYGIENE ITEMS
– BACKPACK FILLED WITH SCHOOL SUPPLIES
– NON-PERISHABLE GROCERIES

Before the event an admission letter will be emailed or texted to the address/phone number you list on this form. This will confirm your registration and designate a specific time of arrival for your family at the event. You must bring that confirmation with you the day of the event.
