On Saturday, July 25, 2026 Riverlife Church will host a “Day 4 Hope” to help kids get ready to start the new school year. This event is by invitation only. If you and your school age child wish to participate, you must fill out this registration form.
“Day 4 Hope” includes these FREE items for your child:
– BREAKFAST or LUNCH, SNACKS
– DENTAL CHECK-UP
– HAIRCUT
– PHOTOS AND SHERIFF ID CARDS
– GIFT CARD FOR AND/OR NEW SCHOOL CLOTHES
– CARE BAGS FILLED WITH PERSONAL HYGIENE ITEMS
– BACKPACK FILLED WITH SCHOOL SUPPLIES
– FRESH GROCERIES & NON-PERISHABLE GROCERIES
– PRAYER
– CHILDREN’S ACTIVITIES
Before the event a ticket/letter will be mailed/texted/emailed to the address, cell phone number, email address you list on this form. This will confirm your registration and designate a specific time of arrival for your family at the event. You must bring that confirmation with you the day of the event.
